Dose monthly: Sentinel Spectrum must be given every month, preferably on the same date each month, to ensure complete protection for your dog.

Milbemycin oxime has been tested in over 75 different breeds of dogs, including pregnant females, breeding males and females, and puppies fro 2 weeks of age. Satisfactory margins of safety have been demonstrated for both milbemycin oxime and praziquantel when administered during all reproductive phases. Some mild, transient, shock-like reactions have occurred when treating heartworm positive dogs carrying a high number of microfilariae at the time of the first treatment with milbemycin oxime. The following adverse reactions have been reported in dogs after giving milbemycin oxime and lufenuron together in tablet form: vomiting, diarrhoea, depression/lethargy or pruritus. Sentinel Spectrum have been tested in puppies from 6 weeks of age. In safety studies with tested puppies from 6 weeks of age. In safety studies with Sentinel Spectrum, in some cases puppies showed reduced activity, ataxia, tremors and salivation. These signs were most commonly seen with overdosing and were mild, observed only within 24 hours of treatment, and resolved without medical intervention. Contact your veterinarian if any unusual signs develop following treatment with Sentinel Spectrum.
