Shipping Information:
We will ship items from Australia to Australia wide (Please note: not all products are available to all locations). We offer a flat shipping rate of $4.99 on all orders under $99.00 and free shipping on orders over $99.00. Items will be dispatched within 1-5 business days of purchase (Usually within 2-3 days) and will take 3 to 15 business days to arrive. Products will be sent via AusPost and will be delivered by your local shipping company. A Tracking number will not be issued for orders under $500.00, all orders above $500.00 will be issued with a tracking number. Please note: Some countries have an import tax, this tax is not charged by us. We are not responsible for any further charges or taxes your country deems payable for an item.
How long will it take for my order to be shipped once I have placed an order?
Orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1 to 5 business days. Most orders will ship on the same day as they are ordered. Please be aware that this is not the total shipping time.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
- Australia: Up to 7 business days.
- Rest of World: Up to 15 business days.
Orders can take longer than these times to arrive during holidays such as Easter, Christmas and New Years. Other circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes etc can also delay orders.
How is my order being shipped and delivered?
Orders are shipped by airmail from Auspost but may be delivered by a separate shipping company.
Do you ship to PO BOX Addresses?
Yes, we do ship to PO BOX Addresses.
I have moved during the time my package is being delivered, will this package be forwarded to me?
We cannot guarantee that your package will arrive to your new address. Please avoid making a order that will need to be forwarded, as we only take responsibility for your package to arrive to the shipping address that was given with your order.
